The hotel was comfortable and very clean with the staff knowing about the free Wi-Fi when pointed out. The rooms, although on the small side, were comfortable and had mattress toppers on the beds. The service was professional and welcoming with 24hr reception service and efficient, attentive staff. The location, despite being near the lifts, offered good parking nearby, friendly staff, and proximity to food, shops, and the Bonus Arena. The dining experience was good quality with plenty of choice, though some found it basic compared to other Ibis hotels. The facilities were up to standard, providing what was needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very well located close to the station and major shops, offering a hearty breakfast and friendly staff. Although the room seemed a little tired, it was clean and spacious. The dining experience could be improved, but the service was excellent.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a few visible water marks and some wear and tear, but overall, our stay was pleasant. The bed was nice and comfy, and the staff was very friendly. Despite being located next to a road, the room was quiet, though noise from other guests and the street was audible.
